1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the pkbat platform, available at pkbat.cam ("the Platform", "pkbat", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you ("the User", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1.2 pkbat is an English-language online betting and casino information platform targeting Pakistani users. Our content covers cricket (including PSL and ICC tournaments), football, UFC, live casino, and slot games. We reference familiar Pakistan payment methods — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah — as local context only. No endorsement of gambling by any payment provider, sporting body, or government authority is implied.

1.3 These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between pkbat and its users.

1.4 Important Legal Notice: Pakistan has significant gambling restrictions, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. pkbat does not claim to be licensed, approved, regulated, or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with applicable local law.

2. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the Platform.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other market offered through the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, matched deposit offer, or other incentive offered to users, subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "Funds" means real-money deposits held in your Platform account balance, excluding bonus credits unless otherwise stated.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and documentation verification process required of users under the Platform's compliance obligations.
• "Platform" means the pkbat website, services, tools, and content accessible at pkbat.cam and any associated subdomains.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual who is under the minimum age, located in a restricted jurisdiction, or otherwise ineligible to use the Platform under these Terms.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means the deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion mechanisms available to users within their account settings.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before a withdrawal of associated winnings can be requested.

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use the Platform, or the higher minimum age required under the applicable operator license jurisdiction. If the minimum age in your territory is higher than 18, that higher age applies. pkbat operates an adults-only platform with zero tolerance for underage participation.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. Access to and use of the Platform may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for ascertaining whether your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, a national of, or subject to the laws of any jurisdiction that prohibits your participation. This includes, without limitation, your obligations under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.

3.3 Single Account. Each user may register and maintain only one (1) active account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or any other identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.

3.4 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your account. You are required to notify us of any material changes to your registration information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration data is grounds for account termination.

3.5 KYC Verification. We reserve the right to request identity verification documentation at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or during any investigation. Acceptable documentation may include government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or closure.

4. Account Rules & Responsibilities

4.1 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be treated as having been authorised by you.

4.2 Breach Notification. You must notify pkbat immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. pkbat will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

4.3 Account Activity. You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Commercial use, automated access (bots), scraping, and systematic exploitation of platform features are prohibited.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account may be classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period as determined by the operator's policy (typically 12 months or more). Dormant account fees may apply as specified in the applicable fee schedule. You will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fees being applied.

5. Betting Rules & Market Conditions

5.1 Market Availability. pkbat offers betting markets on cricket (including PSL, ICC T20 World Cup, Test series, and bilateral matches), football, UFC, and other sports. Market availability is subject to change without notice. pkbat references cricket and sports contexts for informational purposes only and does not claim any official partnership with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Pakistan Super League (PSL), the International Cricket Council (ICC), or any sporting team or governing body.

5.2 Odds. All odds are displayed in the format selected by the user (decimal, fractional, or American). Odds are subject to change prior to the settlement of a bet. The odds at which a wager is confirmed are the binding odds for that bet.

5.3 Bet Acceptance. pkbat reserves the right to decline, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to instances of suspected fraud, system error, or manifest error in odds. Bets placed following a manifest error in odds may be voided.

5.4 Settlement. Bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules applicable to each market. In-play (live) bets are subject to additional rules regarding network latency, data feed delays, and event status confirmation. Settlement decisions made by pkbat are final subject to the dispute process in clause 5.5.

5.5 Disputes. Any dispute regarding bet settlement must be raised within 72 hours of the disputed settlement date by contacting our support team via the in-platform Help Centre. pkbat's decision following a good-faith investigation of any dispute shall be final and binding.

6. Bonuses, Promotions & Offers

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotional offers, and free bets offered by pkbat are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual promotion. In the event of conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements) before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirement multipliers, eligible games, contribution rates, and expiry periods are stated per promotion. Example: a bonus with a 10× wagering requirement and a value of PKR 2,500 requires PKR 25,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal of associated winnings.

6.3 Minimum Deposit. Most promotional offers require a minimum qualifying deposit. Where the minimum deposit is PKR 1,000 or another specified amount, only deposits equal to or greater than this amount will qualify for the associated bonus.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. pkbat reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or clawback bonuses where it suspects bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting strategies using bonus funds, exploitation of promotional mechanics through coordinated multi-account play, or any other form of systematic bonus extraction. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse may be restricted or closed.

6.5 No Guarantee of Returns. No bonus, offer, or promotional material on pkbat constitutes a guarantee of financial return or profit. All wagering involves risk. pkbat does not use false scarcity tactics or guaranteed-win language in its promotional materials.

7. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

7.1 Payment Methods. The payment methods available to users are displayed in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction. pkbat references familiar Pakistani payment touchpoints — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah — as local context for users. pkbat does not claim that any payment provider endorses, is affiliated with, or actively supports gambling operations on this platform. Actual availability, limits, and processing rules vary by provider and are subject to change.

7.2 Deposits. Deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or other currencies as displayed in the cashier. Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method. Deposits made by a user must originate from a payment method registered in that user's own name.

7.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC), satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements, and any other conditions stated in these Terms or applicable promotion terms. Processing times vary by payment method. pkbat reserves the right to apply additional verification steps prior to processing any withdrawal.

7.4 Currency. All account balances, bets, and transactions are denominated in the currency selected at registration. Where PKR is the account currency, all amounts are displayed and processed in Pakistani Rupees.

7.5 Cryptocurrency. Where cryptocurrency deposits (e.g. BTC, USDT) are available, the terms applicable to cryptocurrency transactions — including exchange rate policies, blockchain confirmation requirements, and processing times — are stated in the cashier at the time of transaction.

8. Responsible Gambling Obligations

8.1 pkbat is committed to promoting responsible gambling. You acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and that outcomes are unpredictable. You agree to use the Platform for entertainment purposes only and to wager only amounts you can afford to lose.

8.2 Responsible Gambling Tools — including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion — are available within your account settings. You are encouraged to make active use of these tools. For further guidance, see our Responsible Gambling page.

8.3 pkbat reserves the right to restrict or close any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a user's gambling behaviour poses a risk of harm, even where that user has not requested intervention.

9. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts or accessing the Platform through another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption.
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or exploit platform features.
• Engaging in money laundering, including the use of the Platform to process proceeds of crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Conducting any form of systematic arbitrage against the Platform using bonus funds.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which it is expressly prohibited by applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property & Platform Content

10.1 All content on the pkbat Platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of pkbat or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express prior written permission.

10.2 The pkbat brand name and logo are proprietary marks. Any unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited. References to third-party brand names (e.g. Easypaisa, JazzCash, PSL) are used for descriptive or contextual purposes only and do not imply ownership, endorsement, or affiliation.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkbat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, or loss of data.

11.2 pkbat does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter for which it would be unlawful to exclude or limit liability.

12. Suspension, Closure & Termination

12.1 pkbat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user account at any time, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a user has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or where account closure is required for compliance reasons.

12.2 You may close your account at any time by contacting the Help Centre. On account closure, any remaining eligible balance (after deduction of applicable bonus clawbacks and any outstanding verification requirements) will be returned via the original deposit method within a reasonable processing period.

12.3 Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive the termination or expiry of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

13.1 These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkbat holds its operating licence (as updated from time to time), without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13.2 This clause does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to users under the laws of their country of residence. Users in Pakistan remain subject to all applicable Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. pkbat does not claim to be authorised, licensed, or regulated under Pakistani law.

14. Amendments to These Terms

14.1 pkbat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
