Creating a pkbat account takes just a few minutes. Click the registration button on the homepage, fill in your name, email address, date of birth, and preferred currency (PKR). You will need to verify your email address before placing your first bet. Make sure all details match your CNIC or passport, as they will be checked during KYC verification.

pkbat requires standard Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation to verify your identity. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driving licence for identity verification, plus a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months for address verification. Documents must be clear, legible, and unaltered.

No. pkbat strictly permits one account per person. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name or a different identity — is a breach of our Terms and Conditions and may result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited. If you have lost access to your account, contact our support team to recover it rather than registering again.

You must be at least 18 years old — or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator licence jurisdiction — to register on pkbat. Age is verified during the KYC process. If verification fails or if we have reason to believe an account holder is underage, the account will be suspended immediately pending further review.

Click the 'Forgot Password?' link on the login page and enter the email address linked to your pkbat account. You will receive a password reset link by email within a few minutes. To permanently close your pkbat account, contact our support team via the in-platform Help Centre or Live Chat. Before closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your nominated withdrawal method. If you are closing your account due to gambling concerns, we recommend requesting self-exclusion first so that our responsible gambling team can offer appropriate support.

You can set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits directly from your account's Responsible Gambling section. Choose a daily, weekly, or monthly cap in PKR. Limits take effect immediately once set. Requests to lower a limit are applied instantly, while requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period to protect against impulsive decisions.
